Before Christmas Pictures- Samuel and Mama
Ok, so I haven't charged my camera battery to download the Christmas pictures to my computer....so here are some pre Christmas pictures- ones we took for our Christmas cards.

Christmas Pictures Coming Soon
Hello
Many of you know that Rob's dad has been in the hospital the last few weeks. Actually it was the day after my last post, 12/15 that we received the call he was at the hospital which turned out to be due to heart problems.
We arrived in South Carolina on Christmas Eve....we opened presents at the hospital room on Christmas Day and on the 26th, Bob went in for open heart surgery. It was a long day, with some unexpected (and expected) complications. We were in SC until Jan 2nd. Bob is doing better and was just moved out of ICU a couple of days ago. Please continue to pray for his healing and rehabilitation.
Although it was not a typical Christmas, one of the highlights was seeing Samuel with his mamu, papa, Uncle Ted, Aunt Karen and his cousins- Kaitlyn, Brennan and Ethan. It was so fun to see him play with them.
I didn't take many pictures....but will soon post the ones I have.
Samuel is adjusting back to his routine in Seattle. He did great on the flights- well as great as a 10 month old can. He slept on the shorter flights, but was awake for the longer ones (Seattle to Newark and then DC to Seattle- 5-6 hour flights)
He is napping right now- but is waking up at 4am, saying, hey, it's 7am in Charleston!!
